• André Bisson, Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at the Centre for Interuniversity Research and Analysis on Organizations (CIRANO), André Bisson serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of BV! Media. He has served on several boards including Power Financial, Donohue and Pirelli Cables & Systems North America and he is currently a lead director and chairman of the Audit Committee of Transat A.T. A MBA graduate from Harvard University, he was awarded an honorary doctorate from the Université de Montréal, where he was Chancellor and an honorary doctorate from l’Université du Québec.

• Martine Guimond, Secretary. Me Martine Guimond is a partner in the law firm of Gowling Lafleur Henderson. She specializes in corporate finance with an emphasis on securities and mergers and acquisitions.

• Jean-Pascal Lion, Director. Jean-Pascal Lion is currently “First Sherpa” at SherpaConsult.ca. He recently retired from his position as Vice President, Marketing at Yellow Pages Group, where he served in this position from 2006 until July 2009, after having served as Vice President, Electronic Directories from 2002 until 2006. From 1998 to 2002, Jean-Pascal Lion was Vice President, Local online solutions, at Sympatico-Lycos. He previously was Vice President, French Services, at MediaLinx Interactive, from 1994 to 1998. From 1991 to 1994, he was Vice President, Marketing at Videotron. Mr. Lion received an MBA from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business in 2004.
